Change Please Coffee Cart - Canary Wharf

Change Please is a coffee cart that’s staffed by homeless people.

The cart offers high quality coffee that’s rotated depending on the season. Regular coffee suppliers include Itende JKT in Tanzania, which helps at-risk young people to gain employment.

Backed by the Big Issue, Change Please is a social enterprise that provides employment opportunities for the homeless in London. Baristas who enter the programme are provided with housing and training, and will be paid a London living wage of £9.15. After six months, they will be ready to move onto other opportunities.
